Product Description
The 51109 FAG is a single direction thrust ball bearing, also known as a ball thrust bearing, featuring an open design and suitable for high rotational speeds. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and ball and cage assembly, and can only be loaded axially in one direction, allowing for shaft locking. This bearing should not be radially loaded. It can be easily disassembled for separate mounting of its components, but caution is advised to avoid mixing up the shaft and housing rings during assembly. Note that the housing ring has a flat seat, which means it cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
