Product Description
The GIKPR12-PW-A Elges is a rod end with a housing, integral shank, and a spherical plain bearing. It can be mounted on hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and is used to connect shafts, accommodating misalignment and supporting radial forces. The spherical plain bearing has a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, making it maintenance-free. During the run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface, filling in small irregularities and creating a smooth surface for perfect component fit.
