Product Description
The GIKLB18-PC INA rod end features a spherical plain bearing with a steel-on-bronze sliding contact, providing high wear resistance and low friction. While it has a slightly lower load capacity compared to bearings with steel-on-steel contacts, it can accommodate misalignment and supports radial forces in tension or compression. Regular maintenance and proper lubrication are necessary to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion. Rod ends are commonly used on the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and to connect two shafts.
