Product Description
The GE140-AX INA is an axial spherical plain bearing, a type of two-piece plain bearing designed without rolling elements. Constructed with a convex surface shaft washer and a concave inner surface housing washer, it offers high load carrying capacity and can accommodate misalignment. With a steel-on-steel sliding contact, both the outer and inner rings are made of steel for wear resistance and a high load capacity, although this type of bearing requires regular maintenance, including proper lubrication to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion.
